After what feels like a super short summer and maternity leave, Meghan Markle is back working again. On Thursday, just a few days after she was spotted at the U.S. Open in New York, the Duchess of Sussex launched her capsule clothing collection for Smart Works in London. Wearing a shirt and pants from the line, along with a pair of Princess Diana's earrings, Meghan gave a heart-felt speech to a crowd of women.

No doubt she's missing baby Archie, but make no mistake about it: Meghan Markle is back.

In front of a crowd, Meghan stood confidently and talked about the importance of the collection she helped design.

For every piece that's sold, a duplicate will go to a woman in search of a job via Smart Works, an organization that helps prepare women in need for the workforce.

"I am excited to celebrate the launch of another initiative of women supporting women, and communities working together for the greater good," Meghan said. "When you buy any item in the Smart Set capsule collection for Smart Works, the same item will be given to a Smart Works client, and with it, the confidence and support she needs to enter the workforce and take an important step in building a career."

Need we even tell you? Many of the items have already sold out online.

The Sussex Royal Instagram account also added a few photos of women wearing pieces from the collection.

"The collection -- which features a shirt, trousers, blazer, dress and tote bag -- will be on sale for two weeks starting today, with the objective of selling enough units to give Smart Works the essentials they need to help dress clients for the coming year!" the caption read.

The royal Instagram account added: "For every item bought during the sale of the collection, one will be donated to Smart Works, this 1:1 model allows customers to directly support the Smart Works women by playing a part in their success story -- how they look and more importantly, how they feel."

What a brilliant idea and an incredible cause.

The clothing launch comes a few days after details about Harry and Meghan's upcoming tour of Africa were revealed.

"In just two weeks, Their Royal Highnesses will embark on this official tour focusing on community, grassroots leadership, women’s and girls’ rights, mental health, HIV/AIDS and the environment," the palace revealed in an Instagram post.

Hope little Archie has his passport ready. It's going to be a super busy few weeks for him!

Even though she technically had the summer "off" to spend time with her son and acclimate to motherhood, it's obvious Meghan has been working behind the scenes.-placeholder

Even though she technically had the summer "off" to spend time with her son and acclimate to motherhood, it's obvious Meghan has been working behind the scenes.

Hopefully she's managed to rest and rejuvenate somewhat during her maternity leave, because man, talk about hitting the ground running.

Welcome back, Meghan!
