I like the lack of routine in the summer. We follow a loose schedule and are always doing new and different things.

I like a loose schedule. Things like nap time and stuff won't change so there'll be some things like that will remain the same.

We spend a lot of time in the yard, gardening, etc. We go to the pool a lot. Those are our "ritual" things. Vacations have been minimal for us so far.
