We have goals, and then we have "#goals," and leave it to Duck Dynasty star and Dancing With the Stars contestant Sadie Robertson to reveal to us why they can be so positively destructive. The teen recently posted a vlog addressing the idea and encouraging other teens to shed their body image struggles and learn to love themselves. And it's a lesson we could all use.

The seven-minute video quickly went viral and the reality star has appeared on multiple talk shows to chat about her positive body image message.

Take a look at her inspirational words:

Ah-greed! This is exactly what kids, teens, everyone, needs to hear.

How many times a day do you find yourself saying "goals"? Whether it's "relationship goals," "eyebrow goals," "fitness goals," they're all so common and ultimately so negative.

Comparing yourself to others is endlessly toxic. But realizing that everyone (really, everyone) has a complex about some part of themselves, is important. And these "goals" we "set" for ourselves are what start these realistic expectations to be perfect.

There will always be someone skinnier, smarter, taller, with better eyebrows, but owning your own blessings and self is just step one to self-confidence. And from there, we can all go a long way.

What do you think of Sadie's speech?
