Autistic Girl Performs Complicated Ballet From Memory (VIDEO)

clara bergsClara Bergs is a 10-year-old, who, like so many other girls her age, loves to dance. But unlike most girls her age, Clara faces a few challenges. At birth, she was diagnosed with autism and Digeorge Syndrome (a chromosomal disorder that left her with physical and learning disabilities). Clara spent the first 16 months of her life in the hospital. She didn't learn to walk until the age of 4. She was 6 years old when she finally spoke for the first time. Doctors literally told Clara's parents to "forget about her." They could always "have another child."

Clara's parents wisely chose to forget about the doctors' words instead of their beautiful daughter. They chose to love and nurture her instead. And boy, was that ever the right choice.

Because her parents refused to give up, 10 years later that same baby doctors were so ready to dismiss can perform a complicated dance from the classic ballet "Coppelia" -- which she memorized just from watching the video!

This little girl will inspire you and break your heart at the same time -- but most of all, she'll make you want to get up and dance. Watch:
