After a year without new episodes, it's finally happening: You season two is almost here, and we finally have our first look at what we can expect when it all drops on Netflix later this month. Yes, the first You Season 2 trailer is here ... and it looks as if Joe is back in all his creepy glory -- this time, in a totally different city and, apparently, under a new name.

  • In the trailer, Joe moved to Los Angeles to escape his ex, Candace, after killing Beck ... and needless to say, he hates it there.

"Love has taken me to some pretty dark places, but Los Angeles has to be as dark as it gets," Joe said in the teaser. "Your followers see an image and imagine you're on top of the world, but what they don't see is the effort you're putting into this fantasy."

It seems like Joe hates everything about LA -- including people who eat gluten-free muffins.

  • Then, we find out Joe has assumed a new identity in LA.

When the barista took his order at a coffee shop, she asked for a name for the order, to which Joe replied, "Will."

Safe to say that the bookseller who lived in New York is long gone ... but who is Will? This is definitely going to be an interesting season.

  • Here's the teaser in full:

It's a quick one -- with less than a minute of new footage -- but it's definitely enough to get us intrigued about what we can expect in the episodes ahead. It's going to be tough to top the sheer creepiness that was season one, but we have a feeling the show might just be up to the challenge after seeing this.

  • Don't worry, the full trailer is still to come.

As Penn warned us on Twitter, apparently, it's going to be even better than the teaser. We're gonna trust him on this one!

We can't wait to see what else this season has in store. It feels like December 26 is forever away. We're already counting down the days!
