Uh oh ... looks like there's trouble for Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney's clothing line. According to Radar Online, Maci and Taylor's business has been legally dissolved. This sounds like such a headache. Does this mean that Things That Matter is no more forever?!

  • Apparently, Taylor and Maci failed to file the required paperwork to remain an LLC in April.

As a clerk for the Tennessee Secretary of State told Radar, they didn't file their annual report, which contains information like the number of employees and the company's management structure.

Because they missed the deadline, TTM Lifestyle LLC has now been dissolved. Uh oh!

  • Fortunately, their mistake can be fixed -- and their business doesn't have to shut down in the meantime.

The site reported that as long as Maci and Taylor file their annual report and reinstatement paperwork, it'll be all good -- and until then, they can continue selling clothes as usual.

This isn't the first time that Maci and Taylor have been late with this paperwork, but last time, they were able to get things back on track. Hopefully, they'll get it back up and running this time, too. They're busy people, and we all make mistakes. Can't blame 'em for missing a deadline!

  • This news comes just one day after Maci and Taylor celebrated their third wedding anniversary.

Looks like they're living it up at a Sandals resort in St. Lucia, so we can't imagine they're feeling too stressed about the business issues while they're there. At least, they shouldn't be -- it looks like they're having a great time, and it's beautiful there!

  • We know how important TTM is to Maci and Taylor, so we know they'll get everything back on track ASAP.

These two have been killing it, so we don't doubt that will continue for years to come.

But maybe next time, they should set some kind of alert or reminder in their phones for the day the report is due. Just a thought!
