We just can't escape these '90s reboots, and it doesn't look like Hollywood is planning to let up anytime soon. News just broke Ghostwriter is coming back, and it also looks like we're going back to high school. Saved by the Bell is being rebooted, and based on what we know, Zack Morris is a politician who's shaking things up.

  • The beloved '90s show will be one of many projects heading to NBCUniversal's new streaming service, Peacock.

The Hollywood Reporter is one of many outlets reporting the popular teen drama will be one of many reboots hitting Peacock. Apparently, Battlestar Galactica is also being revived on the new streaming service set to debut in April 2020.

  • And apparently, Zack Morris is the governor of California.

The Hollywood Reporter notes the premise of this reboot will center around Morris' character as he "gets into hot water for closing too many low-income high schools and proposes the affected students be sent to the highest-performing schools in the state -- including Bayside High."

  • Although there's no official word on Mark-Paul Gosselaar reprising his role, Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley are set to return.

From the sound of things, Mario and Elizabeth -- aka, A.C. Slater and Jessie Spano -- will play parents. We have no idea if they're boo'ed up or have kids who happen to go to the same school, so we guess we'll have to wait and see.

As far as Mark-Paul goes, The Hollywood Reporter notes there have been "talks" to get him to come back, so hopefully that means yes.

  • We're curious to see how this all goes down.

Admittedly, we gave a little side eye to news Beverly Hills, 90210 was being rebooted ... but if we're being honest, BH90210 wasn't that bad. Maybe this Saved by the Bell reboot will be just as palatable, so we're going to try our best to save our judgment until we see the final product.

    ... Don't mess it up.
