It's probably safe to say that things are good and done between Teen Mom OG stars Amber Portwood and Andrew Glennon. Not only did he call the cops on her last month when she allegedly came at him and their 1-year-old son with a machete, it appears as though he's now hoping to move halfway across the country -- and we can't imagine him leaving James behind.

  • According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Andrew wants to relocate his residence from Indiana to Malibu, California.

Andrew lived in California before his relationship with Amber, and he still travels there frequently for his work as a cinematographer. TMZ reports, "Andrew says he has zero ties to Indiana and wants to move back to Cali in November."

Of course that makes us wonder what his plan is for James, considering that he filed for sole custody of his son with Amber within days of her arrest, and Amber is only allowed supervised visitation as of now.

  • Amber was arrested around 3 a.m. on July 5, and later charged with three felony counts.

According a police affidavit, Andrew claims that Amber became enraged after they had to miss a Fourth of July fireworks show due to roads being closed. After allegedly yelling at him for hours and hitting him a shoe (which she admitted to), Andrew said that she threatened suicide and "took a handful of Klonopin and tossed it back like it was nothing."

She apparently regurgitated it when he said he was going to call for help, but then he says she picked up a machete she keeps for protection. According to the affidavit, "Mr. Glennon stated Ms. Portwood picked up a machete towards him and [the baby]. Mr. Glennon stated he locked himself and [the baby] into the office. Mr. Glennon stated she hit the door with the machete and kicked the door and broke the handle. Mr. Glennon stated that is when he called for help."

  • Andrew has spoken out since Amber's arrest, and it doesn't look like they're getting back together.

He told the Daily Mail TV a few weeks ago, "I need to do what’s right for James and I need to take the right steps for myself ... The future's unknown. All I know is what I need to do, like, right now, and that is to provide James with a safe, secure happy environment."

He added, "If you could imagine having your whole world and everything that you love flipped upside down in a heartbeat, that's it. There's gonna be a lot of healing that needs to be done and repairing between James and I."

  • Andrew's work, family, and life before Amber are all in California, but Amber's daughter, Leah, is in Indiana.

Although Leah lives full time with her dad and stepmom, Gary and Kristina Shirley, Amber does get visitation with her, and clearly loves her and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her.

We can't imagine how heartbreaking it would be to have your kids halfway across the country from each other. No wonder Amber posted a cryptic message on Instagram about being in pain earlier this week.
