Luke P.'s Shameful Twitter Attack on Hannah Brown Shows He Hasn't Changed at All

Luke Parker, Hannah Brown

It's finally over! No, not Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette -- just her relationship with Luke Parker, the human train wreck that has pretty much single-handedly destroyed her shot at finding love on the reality dating show. After about a bajillion red flags (remember when she asked the grass why he was being so difficult during one of their first one-on-one dates?), Hannah finally cut him loose when he had the gall to try to shame her on national TV for having sex.

  • Hannah may be free at least from whatever unhealthy hold Luke had on her, but he still can't leave well enough alone.

Quick recap of Monday night's episode -- Hannah took four men to the Fantasy Suites episode (a Bachelor Nation first!), including Luke, Tyler Cameron, Jed Wyatt, and Peter Weber. It was pretty clear that she fooled around with one or more of the guys, which is totally her prerogative in this setting

When it was time for her date with Luke, he said he wanted to "talk about sex" with her, and proceeded to say that he would remove himself from the running if she had had sex with any of the other guys, because he believes she should be as morally pure as he is. She told him that he had no right to question her, and she felt like he was being prideful, and we could actually see the moment she snapped out of her Luke daze and sent him packing. When he said she "owed" him a minute to "share his heart," she told him that she doesn't owe him anything, and that her husband would never speak to her the way that he did.

And then she told him to get out, and all of America cheered.

  • Hannah posted a GIF of herself on Twitter, obviously celebrating the end of Luke.

According to Reality Steve, she also takes a minute during the Men Tell All episode (which airs next week) to apologize to America for keeping Luke around so long.

  • Rather than going back to the rock he crawled out from, Luke jumped on Twitter to shame Hannah even more.

Just ... wow. Hannah clapped back with, "Time and time again jesus loved and ate with 'sinners' who laughed. and time and time again he rebuked 'saints' that judged. where do you fall Luke?"

He responded, "There is a difference between eating with sinners who laugh and sinners who laugh at their sin. Sin is the very thing that put Jesus on the cross and that’s not a laughing matter."

  • Hannah put an end to Luke's shaming by reminding him of just one example of his atrocious behavior this season.

She added in another tweet directed to Luke, "The devil wants to shame sin. God dealt with shame when he dealt with sin, so i will not allow someone who comes in the name of God to bring me something that God has taken off me."

    Go Hannah, go!

  • Fans were so happy to see Hannah finally kick Luke to the curb.

  • Given Luke's attempt to shame Hannah yet again on Twitter, we imagine she is extra thrilled to be rid of him.

The fact that he still doesn't see anything wrong with his behavior and using "religion" to try to control and manipulate a woman he claims to love just shows that he hasn't changed a bit. You'd think watching yourself be a jerk on TV week after week would cause a person to engage in some self-reflection, but not Luke. After all, he's perfect, right?

Just a friendly reminder that there's no cure for narcissism. Good riddance to Luke.
