Jenelle Evans Is 'Aware' She Might Have to Choose Between David Eason & Her Kids
j_evans1219/InstagramJenelle Evans has been working tirelessly the past few weeks to regain custody of her children after they were removed from her home by child protective services due to reports of animal cruelty by her husband, David Eason. David shot and killed the family dog, Nugget, in an alleged fit of rage, after the French bulldog nipped at their 2-year-old daughter after the toddler got in his face. Now, it looks as though Jenelle might have to choose -- her husband, or her children?
Jace, 9, Kaiser, 4, and Ensley, 2, have all been removed from the home in the aftermath of the dog-killing incident.
David's daughter, Maryssa, who lived with the couple full time, has also been placed with another family member for the time being. Currently, Jace and Ensley are with Jenelle's mom, Barbara Evans, (who already had full custody of Jace), and Kaiser is with his dad, Nathan Griffith, and Nate's mom, Doris Davidson.
According to HollywoodLife.com, Jenelle is distraught over losing custody of her kids, and is "praying" that she won't have to leave David as a condition for getting them back. An insider told the site, "Jenelle's aware that people are saying she needs to leave David to get her kids back, but she does not believe that’s true. She's determined right now to get them back with David by her side. She doesn't want to have to make that choice and is praying she won't have to."
At what point will Jenelle have had enough and file for divorce?
David killed her dog. He got her fired from Teen Mom 2, a show she's been on for nearly a decade, because he threatened MTV and the film crew. He threatened her costars. And now she has lost custody of her children. It's not just time to walk away, it's time to run.
Jenelle briefly said she was considering divorce after David killed Nugget, but now seems determined to try to make the marriage work.
After being fired from Teen Mom 2, Jenelle said, "David has been here for me since the news broke, he told me to not worry about it and to stay positive. I'm keeping busy and staying focused on my kids and my animals and my business endeavors which have been planned for months. I'm working to fix my marriage as well and moving forward."
Would Jenelle really give up custody of her kids in order to stay with David Eason?
We really, really hope she chooses her kids. It just be the wakeup call David needs to get some real help. As long as she continues to stand by him no matter how awful he gets, he's never going to stop.
If he'll brutally shoot and kill a dog for acting like a dog, what else will he do when Jenelle or one of the kids upsets him?
