Jenelle Evans still doesn't have custody of any of her children, after Child Protective Services removed them from her home when David Eason brutally murdered the family dog, Nugget. They've all been with various family members, and it's been reported that Ensley is now with Barbara Evans, who actually has custody of Jenelle's oldest son, Jace.

  • Ensley is reportedly now with Barbara and her big brother Jace.

Babs has had custody of Jace since he was a baby, despite a years-long custody battle with Jenelle. Considering that she now has physical custody of Ensley as well, it seems unlikely Jenelle is going to get Ensley back any time soon, if at all.

  • While Ensley and Jace are with Barbara, Kaiser is with his dad, Nathan Griffith.

Nathan has been attempting to get custody of Kaiser for years as well, and this might actually be his chance. We never thought we'd be rooting for him to have custody of Kai, but then again, we never thought that Jenelle would end up with someone so much worse than him he'd make Nate look good by comparison.

Ensley had previously been staying with her half-sister Maryssa's grandma, because David's daughter had also been removed. A source revealed to The Ashley, "It made sense to the judge why Maryssa was with [her mother] Whitney's mom, but it did not make sense that Ensley was there too, as Ensley is not related to Maryssa's grandma in any way, so the judge ordered Ensley be moved to a family member's care."

  • The kids were removed from the home after David shot and killed Jenelle's French bulldog, Nugget.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, David shared a video that showed Nugget nipping at Ensley after the 2-year-old got in the dog's face. Normal people teach their toddler how to treat animals, but David apparently takes the family pet out to the woods and kills it.

  • Jenelle is due back in court again later today to fight again to get her kids back.

According to TMZ, this will actually be the fourth hearing they've had since the kids were removed. They explained that Jenelle and David's lawyer has been "arguing Child Protective Services can only keep the couple away from the 3 kids for a very limited period of time, but the judge has said the only issue is what's in the best interests of the kids, and if David poses a danger to them."

How much is Jenelle going to have to lose before she realizes she needs to get as far away from David as quickly as possible? Permanent custody of her children? Because it looks like it might be going that way.
