If there weren't so many movies that we were dying to see (especially all of those sequels), it’s possible that we would never have to leave our homes to watch something incredible. TV is just that good at the moment, and it seems like it’s only going to get better and better.

Between the new shows that are heading to our favorite networks, the old stuff that's coming back via reboot or remake, and all of the originals popping up on our go-to streaming services, we can hardly find the time to watch it all. But, of course, there are a few incentives in place to convince us to tune in -- mainly, all the celebrities who will be joining casts or making appearances as guest stars in the coming months.

We've seen it done on Riverdale a whole bunch of times: Stars we've loved since the '90s and '00s turn up as someone's parent, or another spotlight-stealing character, giving millennial viewers a pretty sweet surprise. (And, as it turns out, the show is hardly done with that trend. More on that, ahead). But the CW series is far from being the only one that enjoys a good blast from the past. A handful of must-watch shows are recruiting folks that we haven't heard from in years (and are very, very excited to see), while others are going all out and adding A-list, movie star names to its casts for upcoming seasons.

There have even been a few posts announcing the actors and actresses best known for other great series -- such as The Handmaid's Tale, or The Walking Dead -- will now be popping up for mini, multi-episode arcs on sitcoms or completely different dramas.

Like we said before, TV is really happening right now!

So, who, exactly, is headed where? We're breaking it all down with a helpful little list.
