15 New Reality Shows to Watch in 2019
There's very little on television that can stand the test of time quite like reality TV shows. No matter what happened in the world, people love to watch other real people on television. Sure, we enjoy watching scripted and fiction shows, but there's just something extremely addictive about sitting down to binge candid programs. Now, it's hard to be sure if these shows are actually unscripted, but they're fun to watch all the same. For decades, there have been a number of successful reality TV shows, covering a wide range of topics. From teen dance shows to the classic dating dramas, there's a reality show for just about anyone out there who enjoys watching some TV.
Even though it's hard to get tired of the classic reality TV shows that are airing right now, we're happy to announce that there are so many new programs airing this year -- and we aren't just talking about the classic reality topics. Oh no. Everything from new crime reality shows to food truck tours are being tackled this year. And unsurprisingly, Netflix is getting into the reality show game. This year will provide us with a lot of new reality material for us to obsess over, and honestly, we can't wait to watch all of these series premieres.

'Temptation Island'

In this reboot of the classic 2001 series, couples travel to a remote island where they have to decide to give commitment a try or to walk away.
'Love & Marriage: Huntsville'
Expected Premiere Date: January 19
Oprah's network is bringing us three African American couples living in Alabama that are trying to grow their real estate company. These couples are lifelong friends, but the business might be getting in the way of their pleasant past.
'The World's Best'
Expected Premiere Date: February 3
This global talent competition is going to feature contestants doing all sorts of things -- from any area of expertise imaginable. And it's going to feature a number of celebs, so it's definitely one we don't want to miss.
'My Great Big Live Wedding With David Tutera'
Expected Premiere Date: February 5
There's nothing we love more than shows centered around weddings. This Lifetime eight-part series is going to follow wedding planner David Tutera as he plans the dream ceremonies for different couples.
'Mental Samurai'
Expected Premiere Date: February 26
Rob Lowe is hosting this battle of the minds where contestants are quizzed rapidly on a course. It's from the producers of American Ninja Warrior, so we know it's going to be good.
'Wife Swap'
