The TV show Friends has taught us some invaluable life lessons, and we're thrilled that Netflix is keeping the show available to stream through 2019. Also available to watch right now? Jennifer Aniston's newest movie, Dumplin'which is the reason why the star -- and Dolly Parton, whose songs make up most of the movie's soundtrack-- appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden. Not one to hold back, James brought up the iconic series and asked ask Jen a question many fans have been wondering.

  • The actress admitted that she, Courtney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow were on board...

    Hip-hip-hooray!

  • ... but the guys from the show weren't.

"The girls always say we would love to do it again, and the boys are a little less excited about it for some reason," she told James.

    WTF, boys?!

  • Jen does have a solution, though: a remake of The Golden Girls.

The Hollywood actress revealed that the women of the show would do the remake "in, like, 40 years" and "just kind of go out on wicker chairs." As for who she would play? Jen first said she'd be Betty White's character, Rose, but then changed her mind. "What if we're Rachel, Phoebe and Monica as just 'golden girls'?"

    Ok! We can see it!

  • When asked if they'd watch a show with just Rachel, Monica, and Phoebe, the reactions were very mixed.

If they really up the nostalgia factor, they could maybe get away with a true Friends reboot.

  • Someone even suggests they do a Girl Meets World-type situation instead.

Let's find out what happened to Ben, Emma, Jack, and Erica (Monica and Chandler's twins), and any kids Phoebe and Joey might've had! They can even bring in the triplets that Phoebe carried for her brother.

  • Others feel it wouldn't be the same without Ross, Chandler, and Joey.

Plus, how would they explain the guys' absence? We'd be upset if they all were killed off!

  • Also, what's the reasoning for not doing a reboot?

Not to be mean, but it's not like David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc have super hectic schedules at the moment. There's opportunity there!

  • Still, maybe we've had enough of these revivals.

  • We love the show, but perhaps it's best to leave it in the '00s.

(We're still down for the Golden Girls idea, though.)
