Teen Mom OG didn't have quite as big a kickoff this season as it did last year, and it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that Farrah Abraham has an opinion about that. The former star of the show was let go last season, so of course she "isn't surprised" by the drop in ratings.

  • Abraham may have been fired, but MTV brought on two new moms to replace her.

Bristol Palin and Cheyenne Floyd joined the show, but the additions apparently weren't enough to get more people to tune in. According to Ratings By the Numbers, Teen Mom OG only had 957,000 viewers for Monday night's premiere, whereas last year's premiere pulled in 1,319,000. The finale of Farrah's final season brought in a reported 1,098,000 viewers.

  • Farrah told Radar Online that she "isn't surprised" by the numbers.

She said, "The producers were mad my brand grew larger than the show." Sophia's mom continued, "The two Teen Mom groupies that were brought on still can't bring better quality than I have. I did it all on my own at 16. They're coming in 10 years later. Having their kids older isn't much of a struggle, as well some couples purposely having children to be on Teen Mom."

  • One of those "groupies" has already fired back at Farrah for her multiple derogatory comments.

When news broke that Bristol had been hired to replace her, Farrah said that she just wanted to be her, but with a "Maci storyline." Bristol told Jenny McCarthy on her podcast last month that that couldn't be further from the truth, because she's not an attention hog like Farrah.

"[When] it was announced that I was on the show, it's just like, 'Oh, she's trying to be me.' It's like, girlfriend, you could not pay me to want to be anything like you," Palin said. "Honestly. So no, I'm not trying to be like her. This is the only time I'm going to address it because I can't stand people like that, that are just searching for attention. It's poke, poke, poke. It's like, no, you're like that on the show because that's how you are."

  • While it looks like Farrah is done with Teen Mom, we'll apparently still get to see her on MTV, with a blast from the past.

According to Radar, Farrah will appear with ex-boyfriend Simon Saran on Ex on the Beach. She told the site that she's thankful to have "left on top" regarding the Teen Mom franchise, and, "MTV needs to call me to make better TV."

She added, "Asking for real isn't asking for much so MTV can call me for another show. Oh wait, they already have!"
