After news broke that Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout would be getting naked on camera, you knew Farrah Abraham would have something to say about it. After all, the now-fired MTV star was allegedly booted off the series for her re-entry into the adult entertainment business.

  • In case you missed it, Maci has reportedly filmed a celebrity edition of the Discovery Channel show "Naked and Afraid."

It's apparently going to be a toned-down version of the original series, which puts two strangers (one man and one woman) into the wilderness somewhere for 21 days with literally nothing but the skin on their backs to survive.

    More from CafeMom:

An insider told The Ashley's Reality Roundup that Maci will only have to brave three days in the open wild without her clothes, and that she got to bring "a few extra 'personal' items than the typical contestant on the show." Other than that, however, she apparently didn't get any "special treatment."

  • It seems as though Maci's husband Taylor McKinney is 100 percent on board, as he'll be holding down the fort with the littles while Maci is away.

Bentley, 9, will be spending the time with his dad Ryan Edwards, but Jayde, 2, and Maverick, 1, will be home with Tay. Obviously he doesn't mind that Maci is stripping off her skivvies for the show. Plus anyone who has ever watched the series knows that it's in no way sexual, and they don't even show any nudity when it airs.

  • But that didn't stop our favorite Teen-Mom-turned-adult-entertainment-star Farrah Abraham from having an opinion.

Sophia's mom told The Ashley, "The irony of this is hilarious. Hopefully she has fun on her pornographic show; [it] sounds tragic."

Sounds like someone is bitter from being fired from MTV after signing on to appear in several web shows on voyeurism site CamSoda last fall.
  • So far Maci hasn't responded to Farrah's claims that she's following her into the adult film industry.

Nor has Maci even talked openly about her time on Naked and Afraid. Obviously, this show has nothing to do with some of the things Farrah has involved herself in, and it's silly to make the comparison. Farrah can say what she wants, but we doubt that Maci's involvement in the reality show will get her fired from MTV.
