Chris Harrison Hints That We'll See Footage of Corinne & DeMario on 'Bachelor in Paradise'

With Rachel Lindsay's Bachelorette finale just days away, a new chapter is about to begin, and that chapter involves our favorite reality show of the summer: Bachelor in Paradise. The future of the show was a bit shaky there, but in less than two weeks, it'll finally hit the airwaves. And according to Chris Harrison, BIP could feature sex this season, including everything leading up to the controversy that almost shut the show down for good.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Chris shared all kinds of dirt, including the fact that the season begins with the scandal between Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson. And from the way he made it sound, it seems like there will be no holding back in that department.

According to Chris, they're going to try to shut down the "elephant in the room" by diving right into what happened between Corinne and DeMario -- minus the offending moment itself -- and get that out of the way before the show truly begins. That includes the three days of footage that was shot before production shut down, and the dates that happened in that time.

Chris told the mag:

"When we restart, it will be me back in Mexico walking you through what happened and then we're going to watch what happened. And then it'll cut back to me and I'll kind of shed some more light on things and then we're going to go back and you're going to see more of what happened, not just the controversial."

And don't worry -- Chris also mentioned that Carly Waddell and Evan Bass's wedding will still be featured on the show this season, and that we'll get to see the beginning of relationships forming, too.

He added:

"To the best of my knowledge, you're going to see more than enough to show you what was happening that led up to the shutdown, within certain taste and values of what we can show on network TV."

Is it just us, or is this news getting you even more ready for the season ahead? Sorry, Rachel, but we're ready to pack up and head to Paradise. Two more Mondays to go!
