There's a lot of controversy surrounding how much money the stars of Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 make, and now Jenelle Evans's ex-boyfriend has added fuel to the fire by saying MTV gives them a "baby bonus." Gary Head took to Twitter and claimed that the network gives them a hefty payout each time they get pregnant.

Gary started out mentioning the claims that Jenelle made about him in her memoir, Read Between the Lines: From the Diary of a Teenage Mom. Jenelle wrote, "Gary had attacked me. He jumped from the bed, looped his blanket around my throat, and pulled it tight. He kept screaming at me to stop crying while choking me the whole time. Just when I thought I was going to pass out, or even outright die, he finally released me."

Sounds pretty scary, and even scarier that Gary made no attempts to refute it. He basically just wants to be paid for providing fodder for her book.

After he opened up the money talk, he couldn't help but divulge some rather interesting information, if true. According to Jenelle's ex, MTV pays the moms a hefty bonus every time they have another kid.

He also insinuated that Jenelle has "no life skills," and is selling her soul to make money from MTV. Although we'd hardly call $20,000 "pocket change."

We're taking this one with a major grain of salt. The stars do of course get paid to be on TV, but we doubt MTV offers them bonuses to get pregnant again.

It's been a widely reported rumor that the kids do get paid to be on-air, but that MTV places their paychecks into a trust fund that they can't access to until they're 18. Now that's an idea we can really get behind ... who knows what some of their parents would spend that money on?
