'Teen Mom OG' Season Ends With a Surprise Wedding

All good things must come to an end, and this time, we're talking about this season of Teen Mom OG. After a season of drama, big life changes, and a lot of footage of our favorite kiddos, this one's a wrap -- but not without a memorable finale. Big things are happening in the lives of these moms and dads ... including a wedding.

And even though this episode did feature Ryan and Mackenzie's secret elopement, that doesn't mean it was a happy time for them. It's heartbreaking to see how sad Maci was about Ryan's addiction, and then when Ryan and Mackenzie were driving and she accused him of taking Xanax as he practically fell asleep at the wheel?! So scary.

Even their wedding itself was hard to watch. We totally get why they'd want to make things official to help Ryan's case for custody along, but it was really heartbreaking to see Ryan's mom crying because Bentley couldn't be there! At least there's the wedding celebration that will include everyone later this year to look forward to.

And along with the episode, Ryan released the following statement, via MTV:

"A little over 30 days ago, I made the decision to check myself into a rehabilitation facility. I am back home now doing well, and life could not be better. Without the support of my wife and parents I could not have been able to do this. Thank you for all your well wishes."

And speaking of weddings: There's one that's no longer happening! We're not sure what exactly Amber was expecting from that polygraph test, but finding out that Matt had made sexual advances on a woman? That couldn't have been easy to find out, hence why she totally lashed out. Now, all those breakup rumors are making even more sense!

We just hope this breakup sticks. If nothing else, that test proved that this relationship just isn't working ... and that maybe Amber just needs to chill and do her for a while.

Oh, and how jealous are you of Tyler and Catelynn?! Because we're super jealous. Buying a horse and their offer got accepted on that beautiful house they found online?! This is their time -- and that works out pretty well with the launch of their clothing line!

We love seeing Cate so happy, especially after everything she's been through in the last couple of years. She deserves everything she wants and more, and it's awesome seeing her dreams come true.

And remember how bad Farrah's trip to Key West was going with Debra and her fiancé, David? Yeah, um, that didn't get any better. Her fights with her mom are worse than they've been in a while, and in Farrah's defense, it's not like David's been trying to get to know her, anyway.

Seems like Farrah's planning on skipping the Bora Bora nuptials, but we'll have to wait to find out exactly what she'll do until the wedding takes place. One thing's for sure: We can't wait to see what happens next season!
