Earlier this week, DeMario Jackson was caught on video while out and about in LA, and he seemed pretty calm, given the alleged details of the Bachelor in Paradise scandal. And yesterday, Corinne Olympios emerged in public for the first time since the news broke, and needless to say, she looks kind of shaken up, not to mention exhausted.

She was seen walking and talking on the phone, while walking a very large dog. Hmm. Perhaps a not-so-subtle warning for photographers to keep their distance from her?

It was reported earlier in the week that Corinne has hired a lawyer, and believes that she's a victim of whatever happened with DeMario.

DeMario has also hired legal representation, and issued a statement where he said he believes there are "false statements" and "malicious claims" against him.

There are so many conflicting accounts of what actually happened between Corinne and DeMario, and interestingly enough, yesterday TMZ reported that the contracts they signed seem to indicate that producers cannot be held responsible for the incident. There is apparently a clause that states that "all contestants waive their right to sue producers over claims of negligence, personal injury (including without limitation, any injuries arising out of the transmission of a sexually transmitted disease or unwelcome/unlawful contact or other interaction among participants)."

We'd be lying if we said we weren't curious to see how this story continues to develop over the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
