Yesterday, Corinne Olympios released a statement in which she deemed herself to be a victim, in terms of the alleged sexual misconduct incident that happened during Bachelor in Paradise filming. And not surprisingly, DeMario Jackson has followed up with his own statement, and it's strongly worded, to say the least.

Here's what he released to People:

"It's unfortunate that my character and family name has been assassinated this past week with false claims and malicious allegations. I will be taking swift and appropriate legal action until my name is cleared and, per the advice of legal counsel, will be seeking all available remedies entitled to me under the laws."

DeMario was spotted out in LA earlier this week, and he was captured on video saying that "Corinne's an awesome girl ..." -- leading us to believe that he doesn't hold any sort of ill will towards her.

However, this statement makes it pretty clear that DeMario is not only upset with the allegations, but believes them to be false.
