Earlier today, video of DeMario Jackson surfaced, and he seemed calm and collected while out in LA, and didn't appear worried about how he's being portrayed in the media. But now it's Corinne Olympios's turn to break her silence, and she just released a statement to TMZ.

Here's what she had to say in response to what happened on Bachelor in Paradise.

"I am victim and have spent the last week trying to make sense of what happened on June 4. Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place, which I understand is why production on the show has now been suspended and a producer on the show has filed a complaint against the production.

"As a woman, this is my worst nightmare and it has now become my reality. As I pursue the details and facts surrounding that night and the immediate days after, I have retained a group of professionals to ensure that what happened on June 4 comes to light and I can continue my life, including hiring an attorney to obtain justice and seeking therapy to begin dealing with the physical and emotional trauma stemming from that evening."

TMZ had already reported that Corinne maintained that she did not consent to any sexual acts with DeMario, and that she had hired a lawyer, whose name has now been released -- Marty Singer.

More from CafeMom: DeMario Jackson Caught on Video in the Wake of 'Bachelor in Paradise' Scandal

Yesterday, there was a report in the Daily Mail citing an anonymous Bachelor in Paradise crew member who gave a disturbing account of what took place between Corinne and DeMario. The insider described Corinne as being "limp and unable to walk on her own" after the incident. This person also alleges that Corinne kept "slipping under the water" in the pool, and "appeared to be unconscious."

Sources close to DeMario told TMZ that Corinne was the one who suggested going over to the pool, where she then allegedly "put her genitals in his face and he began licking."

Being that the investigation into the incident just started and will take some time, we likely won't know what the truth of the matter is anytime soon. However, with Corinne releasing this statement, we can probably expect DeMario to follow suit and lawyer up too.
