David Eason & Jenelle Evans Finally Get Some Good Custody News

Between Jenelle Evans and David Eason's separate custody battles, this year has already been a stressful one for their families, but finally they have some good news. David was awarded full custody of his daughter Maryssa, which means she'll keep living with him and Jenelle full-time.

According to what David's sister Jessica tells Radar Online, David is very happy with the outcome of the case, and Maryssa's mom, Whitney, is "still very close" with the rest of David's family -- makes sense, since she'll always be Jessica's mom, custody or not.

Jessica told the site:

"David is happy about getting full custody. She still goes to stay with Whitney's mom Mary. Mary takes her to gymnastics and Whitney is still in her life."

Sounds like the best arrangement for everyone to us.

The Ashley's Reality Roundup also chimed in with a few of the reported details of the new custody order; apparently, Whitney will still be granted visitation with her daughter as long as she stays drug and alcohol free, and there are certain parts of their agreement that forbid each of Maryssa's parents from speaking badly of the other.

We're sure there's plenty of celebrating going on in the Eason/Evans household this week -- especially after Jenelle's custody case over Jace didn't exactly pan out the way she wanted it to. But at least she will get to see him more than she did before, and now, she and David can spend more time with Maryssa than ever.

Congrats, David! We can't wait to see more from this growing family on Teen Mom 2 next season.
