The day has finally arrived! The new season of Teen Mom OG premieres tonight, and in anticipation of the show's return, CafeMom had the opportunity to sit down and talk to the cast at MTV's New York City offices. We'll go ahead and admit that we weren't quite sure what to expect upon meeting Farrah Abraham, but lo and behold, we just might be her new biggest fans.

She couldn't have been nicer, and it's obvious that she's happier than ever in her life. There's definitely more to her than what we see on MTV.

On Sophia's new children's boutique, and her other businesses ...

"I am juggling them pretty well! I think I've become a resident entrepreneur in my own right, and we're getting ready to franchise FroCo out because we've had so much interest, so I'm working through legal documents now. It's just great. Everything is just great. I'm really happy, and on the up. You just have to learn to take on more and adapt to your challenges."

On how Sophia is enjoying her boutique ...

"She loves it! What baby boss wouldn't love her store? She's taking all the stuff she can home, so sometimes I have to limit her time and play in her own store, but it's been a blast. Who wouldn't want it to be like their birthday every day?"

On how things are going with her mom ...

"My mom and I are starting the season off leaving Family Boot Camp, which shows April 28 on We TV. We learned a lot, and we're living in real life now, and using what we took from that experience, and we're seeing if my mom can adjust to that and really see the true responsibilities that my life is turning into."

On her relationship status with Simon ...

"Farrah is single! If you want his number, you should reach out. I loved being single before I met him, and I'm loving it even now."

On where she is living ...

"We're in Texas now, but we are shifting more to Los Angeles because of Sophia. There are a lot more opportunities, and I think there's really more there to entertain her."

On what we can expect to see happen on this season of Teen Mom OG ...

"You can expect to see our miniature horse, Starburst, and how that's working out. Santa brought her as a Christmas gift. And all the fun stuff that is happening. It's really been a once in a lifetime opportunity kind of year, and you'll get to see how we adapt to all this greatness. It's pretty big!"

On how she deals with judgment and mom shaming ...

"It's really crazy that there's so much mom shaming, especially sometimes to people who work their asses off and are really, truly, amazing role models for their kids. I deal with it all the time, but I have to say, who are they to really judge? They aren't credible sources to even give their input or their opinion."

On what she would tell other moms who aren't as strong and feel the negativity from others ...

"It's time to become strong. It's time to change your life and remove the negative things and not pay attention to them -- even if they're in the next room or sitting right beside you. There's really just a limit that you have to train your brain to get to, and then you can do so much more in life."

On what she would tell moms on how to get through their worst days ...

"Even with Sophia, I catch her being a little downer, whether it's because of the rain, or clouds, or she doesn't want to get up and go to school. I just tell her, you know what? Let's just attack the day in a happy way. The negativity creeps in your head, and then you're not productive and you don't get as much done."

On a common misconception that people have about her ...

"Some think that all I do is porn!? God bless them, because that's actually entertaining. I think that's what people bring up a lot. Whether they think it's funny to sex shame somebody, or whatever, they like to bring it up a bunch, which is weird."

On her stance on people who are always trying to make things overtly sexual when they're not ...

"I kind of laugh at the people who act like it's an overly sexual thing, because I know in real life, everyone is having sex and making babies. I was lucky enough to have [Family Therapy's] Dr. Jenn help me through that time, and I got to do a relationship show. I think that really just changed me, and I got to see other couples and how they reacted, and their feedback. And to be honest, I am so balanced and so good, that I don't understand where the confusion is. I have really helped so many couples be sexually happier together, and also single moms who are dating. I just want everybody to be healthy, happy, and safe. I don't want any negativity in somebody's sex life."

On what might surprise people about her ...

I think that the entrepreneurial, business stuff, things I'm working on that are pretty large -- it's definitely taken me out of my comfort zone, opening up three businesses, and I don't really think people see that side of me. Hopefully I'll get to do a Celebrity Apprentice, or one of those other shows, because that's more entertaining for me right now."
