Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton may have been one of the strongest couples on Bachelor in Paradise, but that's all over now. Last month, the couple officially ended their engagement, but could Josh already be having second thoughts? Josh admits that he misses Amanda, and it sounds like their split has been really rough for him to cope with.

In an interview with Us Weekly, he admitted that although he and Amanda just couldn't work their issues out, he's having a tough time moving on without her and her daughters, Kinsley and Charlie. It sounds like Josh grew pretty attached to them during the time they were together.

He told the mag:

Hardest part of being single now is I miss them -- I got attached to the little ones. We had a great time, some amazing times -- we had ups and downs, like in any relationship, and unfortunately, it didn't work out. We learned a lot about each other after the show.

Josh is right -- it's hard to know everything about a person after hanging out on a beach for a couple of months, so it's not surprising their relationship didn't work out. Still, it's a serious bummer for two people who were once in love!

And if you're hoping these exes might find their way back to each other in the future, it doesn't sound like that idea is completely out of the question. In fact, Josh even mentioned that he'd be seeing Amanda and the girls soon.

He added:

I don't know what the future holds. We definitely stay in touch, and I stay in touch with Charlie. She's a sweetheart. I think I may see her when I head to LA this week. It's back and forth just a little bit -- I don't like to end relationships and not be friends with people.

Seems like a mature way to approach it! Since Josh also admitted he's still looking to start a family as soon as possible, hopefully he'll find the right lady soon, even if it's not Amanda. But who knows? Maybe they'll be more suited for each other in the future. In Bachelor nation, anything is possible!
