Nathan Griffith Might Be So Much Worse Off Than We Ever Imagined

Now that 2016 is almost over, Nathan Griffith is making sure it goes out with a bang. In the last couple of weeks, Jenelle Evans's ex has been arrested on charges of domestic violence after fighting with his girlfriend, Jessica Henry, and now, it sounds like he's doing even worse than we imagined. Reportedly Nathan's mental state could be pretty bad, according to what a source close to him says.

A friend of Jenelle's talked to Real Mr. Housewife and revealed a lot of startling information about where Nathan's head has been lately. According to her, one of the big reasons that Jenelle has been trying to keep Nathan from getting custody of Kaiser is that Nathan has allegedly been showing signs he could be suicidal.

The friend told the site:

Nathan has claimed he has been unstable for a while now. He talked about committing suicide to Jenelle's mother, director, and even producer Larry, who everyone knows of ... Nathan called Jenelle's mom and her director, who were at dinner, and said that he wanted to end his life or was thinking about it. Jenelle's mom then called the Myrtle Beach police and had them go check on him. They went inside and no one was there, but they found a bunch of empty liquor bottles all over his house. This scares Jenelle as a mother.

Um, yeah, you think?! And if Nathan really is feeling this way, he needs to get some serious help.

The friend went on to add that Nathan even offered to sign over full rights to Kaiser to Jenelle and boyfriend David Eason, only to change his mind a few days later. And for now, it sounds like Jenelle is trying to do her best to keep her son out of harm's way.

The friend added:

Nathan's own mother is concerned for him and told him to move into her house so he has and is living there now. Jenelle has texts from her even stating how scared she was for Nathan's mental state of mind. She told Nathan from here on out, he can come up to visit Kaiser supervised by her, or he has to wait until they go to court on January 4th, because Jenelle feels that Kaiser's safety is in danger.

This is some tough stuff, so we really hope it's not true, and if it is true, we hope Nathan feels better soon. In the meantime, hopefully Jenelle is able to keep their kiddo safe. Kaiser deserves two happy, healthy parents!
