Jenelle Evans & Nathan Griffith's Custody Battle Is Far From Over

Think everything is peaceful between Jenelle Evans and her ex, Nathan Griffith? Think again. They're still fighting over their son, Kaiser, and it sounds like it's getting pretty ugly. New details of Jenelle and Nathan's custody battle have emerged, and their courtroom days are far from over.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Jenelle is seeking full custody of Kaiser, and she's making Nathan look as bad as possible to get it. In the paperwork, she accuses him of substance abuse and says he's unfit to care for Kaiser, and we have a feeling that once Nathan catches wind of this, he's not going to be happy.

Here's what the documents say, according to Radar

Defendant communicated to plaintiff that defendant’s mental health is not stable and that he is unable to care for the minor child. Defendant communicated to plaintiff that he has plans to move out of the country in the near future. Defendant has multiple pending criminal charges. Plaintiff is informed and believes that defendant has a substance-abuse issue and is unable to care for the minor child during defendant’s visitation.

Yikes! If all of that is true, Nathan better have one heck of a case built around Jenelle, because it sounds like it would be a slam dunk for her to keep Kaiser full-time. None of those claims make him sound fit for parenthood at all.

Their court date is set for January 4, 2017, and we can't help but wonder if the Teen Mom 2 cameras will be rolling. We're interested to see how Nathan reacts to Jenelle's claims, and whether or not she wins the case.

We have no idea how this is all going to play out, but one thing is for sure: It's not going to be pretty. Hopefully Kaiser is none the wiser. He deserves to be kept out of this!
