Catelynn Baltierra Turns to 'The Doctors' for Help With Her Ongoing Struggles

She's getting better! It looks like Catelynn Baltierra will appear on an upcoming episode of The Doctors, and will be discussing her ongoing issues with anxiety and depression. Her hubby Tyler Baltierra shared a pic of her practically on-set on Instagram, and of coursed bragged on her, because how could he not?

Cate has been tackling her mental health issues head-on this past year, by discussing them openly both on social media as well as on Teen Mom OG. She even spent a month in rehab last spring learning coping techniques for her anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, as well as her postpartum depression she's been dealing with since Nova was born nearly two years ago.

Tyler has been a tremendous support to her during all of this, and it appears that he's not leaving her side anytime soon. He posted a photo of Cate in front of the studio for The Doctors, and used the title of their book, Conquering Chaos, to let fans know that he is so proud of her.

He used the hashtag #MentalIllnessAwareness, so we know that Cate is going on to discuss the issues she's been dealing with in order to get healthy. She's gone down some pretty scary roads, even admitting on the show that she's had moments of wondering if her loved ones would be better off without her.

Brava to Cate for having the courage not only to face her mental health head on, but also for being brave enough to speak publicly about this. So many people are suffering, and every time someone speaks out, it removes a little bit of the stigma.

Keep it up, Cate. We're all rooting for you.
