Corey Simms Takes a Major Dig at Leah Messer & 'Teen Mom 2' Producers

Fans of Teen Mom 2 know that Leah Messer has been critical of how MTV decided to portray her this season, and it turns out that her ex-husband wasn't happy with it either. But while she thought they were too harsh on her, Corey Simms thinks MTV let Leah off easy.

Corey and Miranda Simms decided to spend a lot less time on camera this season, and on this week's reunion show with Dr. Drew, the dad of three admitted that they didn't like the extra drama it brought to their lives.

Apparently, that wasn't the full extent of Corey's grievances with the network though. According to the The Hollywood Gossip, someone close to the couple says they were specifically upset about how MTV tiptoed around Leah's alleged drug abuse. "[Corey Simms] feels MTV did him dirty," the insider explained.

The source continued that Remy's parents think the producers "let Messer off easy," and that "[Corey] thinks they had the perfect opportunity to show viewers, 'This is what happens when you get on drugs, this is reality.'"

"Instead, they made it seem like Corey was constantly attacking Leah for no reason," the source explained of his and Miranda's decision to cut back on filming.

It's hard to know what really happened behind the scenes and off camera, but given that Leah, Corey, and Miranda all seem to be getting along well now co-parenting twins Ali and Aleeah Grace, we're going to say that Corey made the right decision -- whatever the reason behind it.
