Chad Flies Off the Handle on 'The Bachelorette' & Gets Crazier Than Ever

If you had Chad Johnson pegged as the villain of JoJo Fletcher's Bachelorette season, get ready to pat yourself on the back. Now more than ever, it seems like that's definitely the case. On Monday night's new episode, Chad got so violent he required his own security team -- and that's just the beginning.

Forget the adorable one-on-one date where JoJo and James Taylor learned how to swing dance. Forget the awkward sex stories that happened on the group date. The Chad drama is where it's at, and it's about to get so much worse. It all centered around his rivalry with Evan. Yeah, these two are never going to get along.

Basically, it boils down to this: Evan thinks Chad is a jerk, and even went so far as to communicate those feelings to JoJo. And Chad, having caught wind of this, doesn't like it one bit. So after they butted heads during the group date, Chad marched off stage, grabbed Evan by the shirt, and then did it again backstage after punching a door so hard his knuckles bled. Um, scary? Definitely.

Evan ended up asking Chris Harrison for help since he didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the same room with him, so that earned Chad his own bodyguard. And despite Daniel trying to talk Chad into being a little less Hitler and a little more Mussolini (whatever that means), he's not willing to back down from this, especially after Chris confronted him about what's going on.

So how does JoJo feel about all this? She's not a fan of Chad's behavior, but she does admit she's still intrigued by him and wants to get to know him better. Sigh. Girl, he's already shown you all you need to know!

We are lucky to get yet another new episode on Tuesday night, and the drama will continue then. From the promo, it looks like there will be an explosion -- and not in a good way. If Chad is literally threatening to dismember his fellow contestants and throw them in the pool, we're in for a wild ride.
