Ali Fedotowsky Gives a Bittersweet Update on Her Pregnancy

BEVERLY HILLS, LOS ANGELES, CA, USA - MAY 20: Pregnant Ali Fedotowsky arrives at Step Up's 13th Annual Inspiration Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on May 20, 2016 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, United States. Ali Fedotowsky has been placed on modified bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy, thanks to a uterine irritability that causes her to have contractions. And as much as the now 32-weeks-pregnant mom-to-be wants to carry on with nesting, Ali says being forced to kick her feet up is kind of a "bummer."

With a couple months to go before the arrival of her baby girl, it's only understandable how frustrating it is for Ali to sit still. Speaking with Us Weekly, the 31-year-old Bachelorette alum explains how much she now has to rely on her fiancé, Kevin Manno:

I have to direct my fiancé, Kevin, like, 'Hey, can you do this? Can you do this?'

And I don't like that. I like getting up and doing things. We're trying to finish the nursery, but I just have to sit on the couch and watch him do everything. So it's a little bit of a bummer.

Aww.

Hang in there, Ali. July 13 (that's her baby's due date) will come sooner than you think. Yeah, it probably does stink not to work on any baby-related projects, but at least you have Kevin to do all the heavy lifting. Plus, this gives you more time to soak up quiet and rest -- because you're gonna need all the strength you can muster for those late-night feedings and diaper changes. (Labor and delivery is a given, but we'll leave that alone for now.)

Just keep fighting the good fight.
