Leah Messer's Latest Social Media Rant Fires Back at Critics

She is doing fine! That's the message Leah Messer shared with her fans this week, as she posted a lengthy essay on social media about how wonderfully she's doing in life now, despite the MTV and small town gossip that plagues her.

The Teen Mom 2 star has come under fire multiple times over the years for bad parenting practices, and even temporarily lost custody of twins Ali and Aleeah Grace to ex-husband Corey Simms.

But she's been working hard to improve herself, and seems to be in a much healthier place since returning home from a monthlong stay in a treatment facility to manage her anxiety and depression.

Leah shared a long Facebook post that almost appeared to be another rant, but it's really just her way of defending herself against the haters, and giving some credit to her family, friends, and even MTV crew.

According to Wetpaint, she started by writing, "This is actually the first time I've said much about me or my life because you see me on TV or hear BS Teen Mom/Small Town Gossipers. But you will realize how I proudly choose to be above all the BS w/ any of it."

The mom of three added that she knows God has a greater plan for her life, and no matter who passes judgment toward her, as long as God knows her heart, she's good. "At the end of the day, HIS judgment is what truly matters!" she shared.

She went on to mention her "amazing" and "magical" relationships with her daughters, and how she's been working with a life coach to learn more about herself and self-improvement.

She also specifically mentioned her MTV crew members by name, thanking them all, before launching into advice about being a mom. "We as 'MOMS' don't have to live by someone else's criteria," she wrote. "We should however live up to our own criteria. Who and what we wanna be and achieve! You have to ... Live up to your own standard!!"

We're not sure what prompted Leah to share her thoughts and feelings with us, but we're glad she seems happy and healthy!
