Adam Lind Reminds Us All That Cole DeBoer Is Not Aubree's New Daddy

There is only one thing this mama doesn't love about her little girl, and she's looking to fix it as soon as possible. Chelsea Houska wants to change Aubree's last name, but it looks like Adam Lind isn't down with that idea at all.

On a recent episode of Teen Mom 2, Chels lamented that fact that even though her last name is about to change, her 6-year-old daughter's will stay the same. She plans to take her fiancé Cole DeBoer's name, but Aubs still goes by Adam Lind's last name.

Chelsea said that she wished she could change her daughter's name too, especially considering that Cole has been an amazing father figure in her life. Aubree has even said that she wants to call Cole "Dad," and that she wishes her real dad were more like her soon-to-be stepdad.

The future Mrs. DeBoer consulted with an attorney about hyphenating Aubree's last name to Lind-DeBoer, so that she wouldn't feel like she wasn't just as much a part of the family as her future siblings. The lawyer said it would be a good idea to wait until Chels and Cole had their first kiddo together, but judging from Adam's Instagram this week, it's nothing that he's going to be keen to sign off on.

The aspiring world-famous bodybuilder posted a throwback photo of Aubs as a baby on Monday, and said it all with the simple caption -- "Aubree Skye Lind."

Given the fact that Adam has already freaked out about Chels's trying to change their daughter's last name in the past, this definitely makes a statement that he's not about to sign off on the new moniker.

Hopefully he'll eventually be able to let it go and compromise with Chelsea's suggestion of the hyphenated name. If not ... well, maybe he could actually pay his child support on time if he's so insistent that Aubs keeps his name and his name only.
