Catelynn Baltierra Updates Her Fans on How She's Doing in Rehab

She's good! Catelynn Baltierra gave a quick update from rehab, where she's currently being treated for anxiety and depression, and it looks like she's recovering well. The Teen Mom OG star entered the Arizona facility in March, with plans for a monthlong stay.

Tyler Baltierra's wife broke her social media silence to send a message to her followers and thank them for the support.

The 24-year-old has been open in the past about her postpartum depression, which went undiagnosed for months after the birth of her daughter Novalee in January 2015. She made it very clear before she left for rehab that she is not being treated for substance abuse -- emotional and mental health only.

On March 16, Cate shared that she was headed to Arizona to get back to her regular self. We're so glad to hear that it's been a successful trip so far!

Adding to the complexities of Cate's emotional issues is the fact that she and Tyler gave their firstborn daughter Carly to adoption after getting pregnant at 16. As we've learned by watching their journey on MTV through the years, they've never regretted it -- but that doesn't mean it wasn't the hardest decision they've ever made.

As they continue to raise Nova, there are bound to be bittersweet feelings as they witness milestones and even everyday life with her that they didn't get to with Carly. We're so glad that Cate is getting the help she needs to overcome her depression and anxiety, and get back to her normal happy self.

She's right -- this is the best thing she could do not just for herself, but also for her family. We're sure Tyler and Nova miss her so much!
