Farrah Abraham Makes a Huge Move for Her Daughter Sophia

Wow, a whole lot of parenting happened this week on Teen Mom OG, and not all of it was easy to navigate. Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood all had issues to navigate, and they reminded us that they're not just reality stars -- they're moms too.

First up was Farrah, who left Sophia in the care of her mom and dad while she went on a month-long trip to Great Britain to film for Celebrity Big Brother UK. She managed to not freak out at her parents (miracle!), and even I got a little teary-eyed when she was finally reunited with her daughter when she got back.

The controversial starlet also made a major decision -- she's moving to Los Angeles with Sophia. She didn't like being away from her for so long, and since most of her job opportunities are in LA ... well, it just makes sense. Debra was thrilled, as she lives in California, and Farrah will only be a two-hour drive away. We will have to see how that situation develops!

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra took off for their delayed honeymoon to Hawaii, but she's been dealing with some pretty upsetting depression and anxiety. Her family kept wondering if she had postpartum depression, but she was still in denial during this episode (since it was filmed, she was diagnosed, and has spoken out about it).

It was a very sweet moment to watch Tyler be so supportive of her, and acknowledge that it must be bittersweet to watch Nova grow up, because it also reminds them of everything they missed with Carly. Adoption isn't for sissies, and it's incredibly touching that Ty and Cate have decided to share their journey with us.

Over in Tennessee, Maci has been getting along with Bentley's dad Ryan better than ever. So much so, in fact, that she and Taylor decided to go over to Ryan parents' house with the kids to go trick-or-treating for Halloween. Only problem? Ry never showed up! Ugh. Maybe some people never change...

Then there was Amber, and the fallout from last week's shocking revelation that her fiancé Matt may have seven kids, not just the two he acknowledged on the show. They were mostly just pissed at how Gary sat on the information until the cameras were present, in an attempt to make himself look better for their ongoing custody battle.

Because things have been tense between Amber and Gary, he's been cracking down on her visitation, and didn't even let her see Leah for more than a few minutes on her seventh birthday. Amber made up for it though -- when it was her weekend to have her daughter, she rented a limo and hired a magician to entertain the kiddos. She also got Leah an awesome magic kit, which seemed to be her favorite present. I'm just hoping that that situation gets worked out soon, because really, it's got to be tough for Leah.

The ladies are all going through some challenges in life right now, and I don't know about you, but I can't wait for the reunion show with Dr. Drew to find out how things have been going since the cameras stopped rolling.
