There's One Thing Kyle Richards Really Doesn't Want to Discuss on 'RHOBH'

When you're part of a hugely successful reality TV franchise like Real Housewives, you come to learn pretty darn quickly that nothing in your life is off limits. But Kyle Richards is doing her best not to address her sister Kim Richards's personal struggles.

On Tuesday night's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, news breaks about Kim's arrest for allegedly shoplifting hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from a Los Angeles-area Target. Lisa Vanderpump quickly calls Kyle to see how she's handling the situation and her friend is clearly distressed, not really wanting to talk about the matter.

Flash forward to the gang's strip to the Hamptons where Lisa probes Kyle again about the Kim situation. Kyle still isn't really having it. Clearly she's not interested in publicizing her sister's problems any more than they already have been.

It's a tricky situation for Kyle, especially considering Kim used to be a full-time cast member on the show. Naturally her friends are going to ask her questions and viewers also want to know more about how the family is coping after the surprising arrest. At the same time, Kim is off the show for a reason, presumably to keep her out of the limelight so she can get the help that she needs.

Interestingly, in her one-on-one interview with producers, Kyle alluded to matters that perhaps Lisa wouldn't want brought up on camera. For the sake of their friendship, hopefully Kyle won't try to get an eye for an eye and spill the beans on anything the restaurateur is trying to keep under wraps. But you know how it is in the 90210; this group just continues to weave their tangled webs.
