Ben Higgins's 'Bachelor' Goal Is to Be 'Down on One Knee'

There are a lot of reasons to go on The Bachelor: hanging out with hot girls, free vacations, all the booze you can drink. But for our newest leading man? Ben Higgins says his biggest Bachelor goal is to be engaged at the end of his journey, no matter what else happens.

While talking to People recently, Ben revealed that he's very serious about leaving the show as an engaged man, so when the premiere airs next Monday, get ready to see him officially begin his hunt for a wife.

He said:

Ideally, I would love to walk away from this with a fiancée. I'm excited about that next step of seeing her walk down the aisle towards me ... It's important for me to make sure a relationship will last. My heart and her heart are involved in this and I want to make sure it's the real thing. But ideally? I'll be down on one knee!

Ben also added that he's not in the market for anyone "dramatic," which eliminates a good portion of contestants we typically see on The Bachelor anyway, so that should make his choice a little easier.

What he does want? Someone who has a "genuine heart, who believes in truth and authenticity and hopefully shares the same Christian faith that I do." Easy enough!

We can't wait to see Ben in action next week -- and not just because we've been missing that adorable face on our TV screens since he got booted off The Bachelorette last season!
