Jenelle Evans Is Set to Face a Jury Thanks to Nathan Griffith

This lady's legal drama never seems to end. Jenelle Evans will reportedly face trial by jury over her August arrest for allegedly assaulting Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend. The Teen Mom 2 star will head to court sometime next year, according to a spokesperson from the Horry County jury.

The alleged assault happened last August, when Jenelle and Nate were finally officially breaking up, after nearly a year of on-again, off-again nonsense. He had already started dating Jessica Henry, and Jenelle made it clear that she wanted her nowhere near her house when Nate came to pick up some of his things.

The police report claims that Jenelle threw a glass of water at Henry's head. Jenelle told the cops that she "walked outside and the victim got out of the truck." The report goes on to say, "The arrestee claimed that she was in fear, so she threw water at the victim and the jar slipped from her hand. The arrestee stated that the victim caught the jar and threw it back at the arrestee, striking her back and then broke."

The arresting officer noted that he was skeptical of her claims, saying, "This would have made the broken glass somewhere farther in the driveway. I looked and did not observe any redness or any other injury to the arrestee's back."

Hmm, it's hard to know exactly what happened, but at least Jenelle will get a chance to make her case. Hopefully she's learned her lesson to keep her cool, even when Nate pushes all her buttons. The last thing she needs is yet another arrest on her record.
