Bindi Irwin Reveals How Superglue Helps Keep Her on Her Toes for 'DWTS'

She's been dancing her way to the top on this season of Dancing With the Stars, but it's come at a price. Bindi Irwin revealed that superglue is the only thing keeping her feet together these days, and her boyfriend is the lucky one with the job of reattaching her toenails.

Um, yeah, gross alert. But hey -- that's part of the world of dancing. At least now she can consider herself an official member of the club. The 17-year-old danced a Grace Kelly–inspired number on Monday night's episode of the show with her pro dance partner Derek Hough, but it's her banged-up feet that really got our attention.

"My feet are really gross," she confessed to Us Weekly. "I felt so bad that they showed them! But they are actually superglued right now because I lost another [toenail] in dress rehearsal! I just have holes in my feet and my nails keep popping off, but if I superglue them they don't hurt as much."

She also admitted that her boyfriend, Chandler Powell, is the one with the privilege of helping her stay put together in one piece. She said that he has been there to help her glue and tape them every day. "At one point one of my toenails fell off and it like flicked past him, and he was like, 'Ugh! It's a good thing I love you!' Because it was just so gross!" she laughed. "I felt so bad!"

We feel bad just hearing about it. Ouch! But seriously, if that guy is willing to superglue toenails, that makes him a keeper in my book.

And it seems to be doing the trick for her. Bindi continues to dominate on the show, and while she didn't get the top score of the night, she's still in a solid position to possibly win the mirror ball trophy. We did, however, say good-bye to Andy Grammer, who did a handspring/worm dance move on his way out. Dude, Andy, you should've showed that dancing spirit earlier. We might not have had to let you go.
