Val & Maks Chmerkovskiy Are Bringing Their 'DWTS' Hotness to 'Fuller House'

It's not even going to hit small screens until sometime in 2016, but I'm already obsessed with Fuller House. Like any good child of the early '90s, I loved watching the Tanner family navigate life every week, and I'll always have a special place in my heart for bunny wallpaper (and Uncle Jesse, natch). It just got even better, though, because Val and Maks Chmerkovskiy will guest star on Fuller House.

The Dancing with the Stars pro-dancers have signed on to appear in at least one episode of the Netflix reboot of Full House. The brothers will reportedly play love interests to Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and DJ Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure), but no word on if they'll be playing themselves or other characters.

Bure undoubtedly got to know the Chmerkovskiys when she competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2014, although she was paired up with cast member Mark Ballas.

She will be reprising her role as DJ, the eldest daughter of Danny Tanner (Bob Saget), who has become a widowed mom to three since we last saw her. She'll be making a go of it with the help of her sister Stephanie and her best friend Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber).

Of course this means that Steve's fate might not be sealed. Scott Weinger, who played DJ's high school boyfriend, is slated for at least one episode in the inaugural season, and die-hard fans of the show have been hoping to see a rekindled romance between the two. Or maybe that's just me. Have I mentioned I'm excited for this show?

However it plays out, I'm excited to see DJ and Steph go on a double date with Maks and Val. I'm sure hilarious antics will ensue, and end in a life lesson with soft music playing in the background. It wouldn't be the same without it.
