Seriously -- I don't even have a biological sister, but I want to run and hug my sister-in-law, and all the other amazing women in my life who have been my sisters-from-other-misters.

It was the second consecutive win for Aduba for her role as "Crazy Eyes" on the hit Netflix series Orange Is the New Black, and her speech was one of the best of the night. In addition to thanking her team, along with the people at Netflix and Lionsgate, she had a special shout-out to her sister.

She said:

And finally, I really just want to say thank you to my family who have stood beside me my entire life. My sister, Chi Chi, you are my very best friend. I am humbled to call myself your sister. I love you so much. Thank you to the academy. Thank you to our fellow actors. Just thank you very much. God bless you.

Uzo wasn't the only actress bringing the sisterhood love to the Emmys though! Super talented funny girl Amy Schumer won an award for best variety sketch series for her Comedy Central show Inside Amy Schumer. And she also thanked her sis.

Love it! In addition to thanking her team and the lovely person who created her smokey eye, she said:

I want to thank my sister Kim, who's the only reason I'm alive and breathing.

Isn't that what sisters are for? Whether we are technically related or not, we girls need to stick together, show support for one another, and, when times get tough, remind each other to keep breathing.

Thanks, Amy and Uzo, for reminding us how wonderful sisters are, and how deserving they are of gratitude and praise. I don't know about the rest of you, but I have some wine and chocolates to buy for my sisters.
