Aviva Drescher Reveals That Her Infamous 'RHONYC' Leg Hurl Was Totally Planned

We knew it! Real Housewives of New York City's 100th episode special has some truly revealing moments, but none was as satisfying as when Aviva Drescher came clean about that infamous leg throw.

The scene originally went down something like this: There was endless bickering going on while the ladies were dining at Le Cirque, of all places, when Aviva shimmied out of her prosthetic leg and threw it on the floor.

Aviva, who lost her leg at the age of 6 due to a conveyor belt accident at an upstate New York farm, opened up to Andy Cohen about how the shocking moment really went down ... because she kinda, sorta knew what she was going to do all along.

I kind of just said to a producer, 'I don't really know what's going to happen tonight, but I might get fired up. If they come down on me hard, I may do this.'

And that she did. I personally can't think of another time when a prosthetic limb was tossed around so violently (or at all) on reality television, and it certainly made for the ultimate teaser for that season of RHONYC.

I'm happy that Aviva told the real story behind the throw. I've thought all along that there was no way that couldn't have been premeditated in some capacity. I don't know much about prosthetic legs but I can't imagine one has the ability to just whip that thing off and toss it without having some sort of plan in mind.

Oh, New York City, I can't wait to see what the next 100 episodes hold.
