Kendra Wilkinson Opens Up About Being Emotionally Abused by Her Mom (VIDEO)

Oh man, we feel for this lady. Kendra Wilkinson's relationship with her mom keeps heading downhill, and from this preview clip for Kendra on Top, it's easy to see why the former Girls Next Door star just can't make it work with her mama.

Kendra had dinner with her aunt, Kristin Wilkinson, and opened up to her about the years of emotional abuse she endured from her mother Patti, saying that she felt like she's been "emotionally f--ked."

The reality star confessed, "I can't deal with my mom anymore because I feel like I'm being raped every minute with my mom. She is the most sadistic abuser ... It's just hard because, we're adults, and no one believes adult abuse. Do you know what I'm saying?"

While it's hard to hear her throw the word rape out there, it's a pretty good way to describe the feeling that happens when you've been mind-f--ked by an emotional manipulator and abuser. And she makes a good point that emotional child abuse doesn't stop when the kid grows up -- it usually just changes.

People naturally want their parents' approval, and abusers like to keep control on their adult children by refusing to give it. Nothing that person does is good enough, and they will forever being trying to please the parents -- either for a crumb of affection, or to avoid their wrath.

Kendra also said, "I still talk to my grandma and she was telling me, 'You know it was really hard for your mom when you got engaged and when you got married because she feels like she lost her daughter.'"

She continued, "I did a lot of reaching out. I did a lot of offering for therapy and my mom just never accepted that. Never reached out. Never accepted what I would think would help us. There was a lot of my side trying and not a lot of her side trying."

That's nuts. Because Kendra try to set some boundaries in place and take their relationship to a healthy level, her mom refused to communicate with her. That's not love, that's manipulation. My way or the highway.

Thankfully, Kendra seems to decided on the highway, and isn't in touch with her mom these days. Maybe someday things will change, but Kendra is under no obligation to continue the cycle of abuse between her and her mom. She shared, "I am proud of myself and I'm not letting one person tell me anything else."
