Joe & Samantha Are Officially Done on 'Bachelor in Paradise'

Try as he might, Joe Bailey just can't convince anyone he's not the villain of Bachelor in Paradise ... not even the supposed love of his life, Samantha Steffen. And now? Sam and Joe are officially done, but Joe's not going to let it go anytime soon.

When Sam first rolled into paradise, she and Joe were hot and heavy, but their romance pretty quickly fizzled out. On his birthday, actually ... and I don't want to be the one to say it, but it's true: Joe totally deserved that one.

Now, though, Justin Reich (from Kaitlyn's season) has landed in Mexico, and he was instantly taken by Sam -- must be something in the water. And Joe? Well, remember how mad he got at Jonathan Holloway after he found out Jonathan told Juelia that his motives weren't sincere? Multiply that by ten.

After a little advice from Ashley Iaconetti, Joe tried to start fresh with Sam, but ... nope. Didn't work. And Joe was not about to have it that way.

"I don't know why I thought I could come into this competition and go for the prettiest girl in the whole world and think that she was gonna fall in love with me because it never happens and it won't ever happen for me," he said. "I regret coming to this place."

As Carly said, "Man, karma's a bitch."

Besides, there is a happy ending ... if you don't already see the Joe thing as a happy ending, anyway. Juelia seems way happier with Mikey Tennerelli than she did with Joe, and even if Mikey's a meathead, he's a meathead with a heart of gold.
