Sonja Morgan Is the 'Life of the Party' & Her 'RHONYC' Castmates Are Concerned

It was a triumphant season of Real Housewives of New York City for Sonja Morgan as she finally debuted her fashion line in a successful runway show. But it also wasn't without its drama for the entrepreneur, as Sonja's partying ways were scrutinized by her castmates during the reunion.


Bethenny Frankel in particular expressed a great deal of concern over Sonja's well-being, particularly during an instance in Atlantic City when she not only appeared drunk, but allegedly had taken prescription medication as well.

In fact, it was there she insisted she partied with "John-John Kennedy and Madonna" back in the day, completely offending Carole Radziwill who was incredibly close to JFK Jr. and his wife Carolyn Bessette.

I want to talk about it because it was a great time in my life. It's when people really knew how to party.

Bethenny Frankel was flabbergasted and replied in only the way she can:

Do you believe your own bullshit?

Sonja's reply? Yeah!

Ramona Singer attempted to defend her friend by explaining that socializing in the way Sonja does it just a part of who she is, and everyone needs to deal with it.

When you live this kind of a life for so long it's almost like you don't give it up because it's so a part of you. And she can't give it up. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. If that's what she wants to be, let her be.

Ramona makes a lot of sense and it was nice to see someone stick up for Sonja, but the other ladies do just seem to be worried that maybe their friend is having a little too much fun at times. Their tone didn't seem so much nitpicky as it did concerned. Although I have a feeling nothing and no one can change the way Sonja Morgan lives her life.
