Lawrence, Jonathan Jackson, and others have traded boyish charm for grown-up sex appeal. Their fame, too, has grown right along with them. Get ready to catch up with your favorite old-school crushes.

    At 17, Green nabbed the role of nerdy David Silver on Beverly Hills, 90210. In real life he had a baby with co-star Vanessa Marcil in 2002, two years after the show ended.
