Farrah Abraham Thinks Her 'Insecure' Daughter Will Probably Need Plastic Surgery

Farrah Abraham sure loves her some plastic surgery, but has any of that rubbed off on her daughter Sophia? Apparently it has, as the Teen Mom OG star recently told Us Weekly that she thinks her daughter will want cosmetic surgery because she's insecure. Yup, Farrah thinks her 6-year-old daughter will want plastic surgery so that she can feel better about herself.

I don't even know where to start with this. So let's begin with -- she's 6. She's a beautiful little 6-year-old. Why is Farrah even placing these insecurities on her?

Farrah recently said, "My little Sophia, she's been going through a hard time right now losing all of her teeth, and she's not really so secure ... I think it's really a struggle losing your teeth right now when everyone's looking at looks. So, she lost her first big tooth, and she's just like, 'Mommy, I want teeth like yours!' and I've had my teeth cosmetically done, so they're looking pretty perfect."

Dude, who is "looking at looks" of 6-year-olds? My daughters are 11 and 7 right now, and past that front-gap-tooth stage, but they both loved being in it, and honestly, I sort of miss it now that their grownup teeth have grown in.

They never would have thought for a second to get cosmetic surgery to fix their teeth, which is what worries me about Farrah's daughter.

When asked if she'd support Sophia getting plastic surgery, Farrah responded, "You'll see that my daughter does value how I've done my look and invested in myself, and I feel like if [plastic surgery is] not harming her and making her look better, and keeping her healthy into her older years, I have no issues with that."

The reality star continued, "I'm going to be supportive because it hurts me to see my daughter worrying about her looks, even while she's losing her teeth right now, so that's sad."

What's sad is that she's worrying about plastic surgery for her 6-year-old daughter, but I digress.

Farrah did also say, "I think my daughter looks beautiful regardless if she's losing her baby teeth or if she's having a bad hair day ... I really embrace everything about my daughter. I think she's so perfect, gorgeous, and [I’m] thankful to God I have her. I encourage her to just look past some of those things."

I'm not sure a child as young as Sophia can actually have a "bad hair day," but at least Farrah embraces her even when she does?

I think it would benefit Farrah and her daughter to take a big step back from the plastic surgery world and embrace what really matters in life. Hint -- it's not looking perfect for the cameras. It's embracing who you are and enjoying the heck out of life. Plastic surgery can add to that sometimes, but it shouldn't be on a 6-year-old's radar.
