Mackenzie Douthit welcomed her second child, a daugher named Jaxie, in February of 2014. Already super fit from competitive tumbling, her complete body transformation -- due to weight lifting and body building -- has been unreal.

Fighting rumors that she was pregnant with baby number three, Mackenzie posted this picture to Instagram with the caption, "Since everyone's saying I look pregnant in the last pic I thought I'd post another pic of my gross manly 95 pound body #yourwelcome."

A year after having Jaxie, Mackenzie shared the secret to her lean legs, saying, "Finally getting the lean muscle look in my legs I've been wanting. If you're working hard in the gym, make sure you have good health to back it up. Until I started eating clean low carb high protein diet I didn't see results."
Squat It Out
Mackenzie claims that leg day isn't her favorite, but the results are worth it!
