'Bachelorette' Recap: Nick Viall's Return Exposes Kaitlyn's Big Secret

Nick Viall

Oh man. When we first learned that Nick Viall would be making an appearance on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of The Bachelorette, we totally knew that the sh** would hit the fan. I mean, yeah, Nick has a handful of die-hard fans (like me) who think Andi Dorfman is the one who played him, but there are quite a few other people who think he's kind of a bad boy.

And it never bodes well for the leading lady of the season when an old cast member comes to join the party, so we definitely expected the remaining dudes on the show to be pretty upset about it.

Even though most of us were still trying to pick our jaws up off the floor when J.J.totally betrayed Clint by throwing him under the bus in front of Kaitlyn, the minute Nick showed up, we were all, "Oh hell yeah. Things are finally going to get a little more interesting around here."

And let's be honest -- Kaitlyn is so into Nick she hardly knows what to do with herself. Oh come on, she was beyond giddy when he showed up to watch her "rap battle" date, and when he kissed her on the boat while all of the other dudes were patiently waiting inside for the chance to have their five seconds of time with her? Um, she clearly only had eyes for Nick. (She's totally had the hots for him all along.)

Yeah, the other guys might be pretty pissed that she's willing to bring him into the mix, but the chemistry between Kaitlyn and Nick is simply undeniable. Given how giddy she got while she was describing the text messages the two of them shared before she became The Bachelorette, there is simply no way in hell she was going to let him head back to Chicago without seeing if the two of them are "meant to be," as cliché as that sounds.

Of course, things are only bound to get more dramatic from here on out, given that we haven't seen the reactions of the other men yet after Nick moves into the group officially.

It's gonna be a bumpy ride, people.

Do you think it's wrong that Nick came back?
