Jenelle Evans Out of Jail Already: Get the Details of Her Release

Jenelle Evans was behind bars again this week, but not for very long. Just hours after turning herself into the Myrtle Beach Police Department, she was released, and according to her lawyer, she didn't have to pay a penny for bail.

The troubled Teen Mom 2 star had a warrant issued for her arrest after an altercation with her ex-fiance Nathan Griffith on Tuesday evening. According to the police report filed by Nathan, after she allegedly  attacked him. He had injuries consistent with his story.

Jenelle and Nathan have a complicated on-again-off-again history, and they share a son, 10-month-old Kaiser. Jenelle's lawyer explained that Jenelle was likely just over-emotional about Nathan having moved on so quickly after their engagement, as he's already seeing someone else.

Amy Lawrence said, "She's just ... I think that in her heart she thought that maybe with them breaking up that they would get back together because they have a child together ... and I think she's just very hurt that he has moved on."

Nathan proposed to Jenelle in January of this year, but things quickly deteriorated, and by March, domestic charges had been filed against him for allegedly pinning her to the toilet to forcibly remove her engagement ring. The charges were later dropped.

Lawrence told RadarOnline that Jenelle was released shortly after posing for her 15th mug shot, and she "did not have to pay a bond fee."

Are you surprised that Jenelle didn't have to post bail?
